All Inspired2Design products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.

At Inspired2Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all products are made to order, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if your item meets one of the following conditions:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrect item received

We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preferences.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at Inspired2Design@gmx.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and the issue

All returns must be authorized before being sent back.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Once your return is approved:

• You may receive a refund to your original payment method
• Or a replacement item will be sent at no extra cost

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of return approval.

4. Return Shipping

• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
• If a wrong address was provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost packages or reshipping fees.
