Thank you for shopping with Inspired2Design! Each item is thoughtfully created and made to order. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing & Fulfillment Time
• All products are made to order and fulfilled by our Print-on-Demand (POD) partners.
• Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the item.
• Delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times (After Production)
• United States – Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
• United States – Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
• International shipping may be available in the future.

Shipping Rates
• Flat-rate standard shipping under $50: $8.99
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders $50 or more
• Express Shipping (2–4 business days): $13.99 (when available at checkout)

Tracking & Notifications
• You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
• If you do not receive tracking within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
• Please contact us if your order arrives damaged or defective.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an error is noticed, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once production begins, address changes may not be possible.
