1. General

• Inspired2Design operates as a Print-on-Demand (POD) store. All products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party providers.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders & Payment

• No Cancellations After 1 Hour:  Orders may be canceled only within one (1) hour of placement. After this period, all sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are securely processed through Shopify using accepted payment methods.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
• Delivery timelines vary based on destination and the Print-On-Demand fulfillment partners.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds or replacements are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of Inspired2Design or used with proper licensing. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for shipping delays, errors, or damages caused by third-party POD fulfillment providers.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website.
